Louise is a functional medicine dietitian and nutritionist working in the field for the past 7 years. She holds degrees in Health Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as completing numerous courses in functional medicine. She has a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between the human body and nutritional biochemistry. Louise uses her expertise by translating evidenced-based scientific information into personalized practical advice using nutritional therapy, tailored supplements & mind body modalities to help clients improve their health and wellbeing.

She practices what she preaches when it comes to engaging in a healthy lifestyle by incorporating healthy eating and exercise into her daily life.
